1.3 The Company acts as an intermediary for listing, payment facilitation, and order coordination.

All contractual obligations relating to product quality, description accuracy, and fulfillment remain with the respective Seller.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Users must be at least 18 years of age to transact independently on the Platform.

2.2 By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

2.3 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if eligibility criteria are not met.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

3.3 The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard account information.

4. Product Listings

4.1 Product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications are provided by independent Sellers.

4.2 The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information.

4.3 Handmade products may exhibit minor variations in color, texture, or design.

4.4 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove listings at its discretion.

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorization.

5.3 UNIKE reserves the right to cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:

Suspected fraudulent activity

Violation of these Terms

5.4 In the event of cancellation by the Company, any payment received shall be refunded in accordance with applicable policies.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping and fulfillment are undertaken by the respective Seller unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

6.3 The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its control.

6.4 Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.2 Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

7.3 The Company reserves the right to verify claims before processing refunds.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

Circumvent the Platform’s payment system

Interfere with Platform functionality

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation may result in suspension or termination without notice.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNIKE from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Misuse of the Platform

12. Force Majeure
